This includes, without limitation, your use of our website (www.halalfoodjunkie.com), social and digital media properties, marketing and media services, influencer and restaurant features, and all communications you receive from us, including SMS/text messages, emails, phone calls, and other digital interactions (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, or by engaging with any Halal Food Junkie campaigns or communications, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.

Section 1 — Program Description

BECOME BRANDED INC. DBA Halal Food Junkie operates as a media, marketing, and influencer platform highlighting halal-friendly restaurants, food experiences, and related businesses across the United States and Canada. As part of the Services, we may send you communications by SMS/text message, email, phone, or other digital channels in connection with our marketing and media activities. These communications may include, but are not limited to:

  • Restaurant features, spotlights, and reviews
  • Promotions, exclusive offers, and giveaways
  • Campaign announcements and updates
  • Appointment confirmations and reminders (if applicable)
  • Brand partnerships, collaborations, and sponsored content
  • Marketing- and service-related communications

Message frequency may vary based on your interactions with us, campaign activity, your preferences, and ongoing Services.

You understand and agree that your consent to receive SMS/text messages, calls, emails, and other communications is not a condition of any purchase, service, or partnership with Halal Food Junkie. Section 3 — Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS/text messages from Halal Food Junkie at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Once you send the STOP message, we will send you a one-time confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and you will no longer receive SMS/text messages from that specific program, unless you opt in again as described below.

After you have opted out, we will cease sending the applicable communications to the extent required by law. If you have previously opted out of receiving SMS/text messages or other marketing communications from Halal Food Junkie and wish to re-subscribe, you may opt in again by using the original enrollment or opt-in method (for example, submitting a new form on our website, scanning a QR code, checking an appropriate consent box, or otherwise providing your express consent). By opting in again, you agree to resume receiving communications under these Terms, and message frequency may vary.

Section 6 — Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency will vary and may depend on your specific interactions with Halal Food Junkie, the campaigns or services in which you participate, and your communication preferences. You may receive additional messages for account or service-related matters where permitted by law.

Standard message and data rates may apply to any SMS/text messages or data transmissions sent or received as part of the Services. These charges are imposed by your mobile carrier and are your sole responsibility. Halal Food Junkie does not charge a separate fee for SMS/text message communications. You should consult with your wireless provider for information on your messaging and data plan and any applicable fees or limitations.

Section 7 — Carrier Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS/text messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier or network operator and is outside of Halal Food Junkie’s control. Messaging services are provided on an “as-is” basis and may not be available in all areas or at all times.

Section 8 — Privacy

Your use of the Services, and our collection, use, and disclosure of your information, are also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy describes how we handle your personal information, including information collected through our website, campaigns, and communications. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy and agree to its terms in addition to these Terms of Service.

Section 9 — Intellectual Property

All content made available through the Services, including without limitation photos, videos, graphics, designs, text, branding elements, logos, trademarks, reviews, restaurant features, campaign materials, influencer content, and any other media or creative assets (collectively, the "Content") are owned by or licensed to BECOME BRANDED INC. DBA Halal Food Junkie and are protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws.

Except as expressly authorized in writing by Halal Food Junkie, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, transmit, display, perform, or otherwise use any Content for commercial or public purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, the reuse or redistribution of restaurant features, campaign assets, branded media, or influencer content appearing on or created by the Halal Food Junkie platform.

Any unauthorized use of the Content may violate intellectual property laws and these Terms and may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Halal Food Junkie and its licensors.

Section 10 — Service Limitations & Liability

Halal Food Junkie provides marketing, media, and exposure-focused Services, including content creation, restaurant features, social media campaigns, and related promotional activities. While we strive to deliver high-quality, effective marketing and media experiences, we do not guarantee any particular results or outcomes from the Services.

Without limiting the foregoing, you acknowledge and agree that Halal Food Junkie does not guarantee, and will not be responsible or liable for, any specific level of engagement, views, reach, traffic, revenue, customer volume, or other business performance metrics arising from or related to the Services. Actual outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your own operations, market conditions, customer behavior, and third-party platforms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services and all related communications are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Halal Food Junkie will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In all cases, our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to the Services will be limited to the amount you have paid directly to us for the Services giving rise to the claim, if any, during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount permitted by applicable law, whichever is lower.

Section 11 — Changes to Terms

Halal Food Junkie may update, modify, or replace these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice as required by law.

Your continued access to or use of the Services after any updated Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services.
